My Journey from Overwhelmed to Organized:
How Microsoft Office Changed My Life

I know what it’s like to feel completely buried in work.

Early in my career, I was drowning in emails, struggling to stay on top of my tasks, and constantly feeling like I was one step behind. No matter how hard I worked, I could never seem to catch up. My inbox was a disaster, my to-do list was a mile long, and I often found myself working late just to stay afloat.

I remember staring at my computer one night, exhausted and frustrated, wondering how some people seemed to get so much done while I was barely keeping up. That’s when I realized—I wasn’t the problem. The problem was that I wasn’t using the tools in front of me to their full potential.

I had Microsoft Office on my computer every single day, but I was only scratching the surface of what it could do. I decided to change that.

I dove into learning everything I could about Microsoft Outlook first. I discovered how to organize my emails, set up rules to filter out the clutter, automate repetitive tasks, and manage my calendar more effectively. And let me tell you—the difference was instant. Suddenly, I wasn’t wasting hours sorting through my inbox. My tasks were organized, my schedule was under control, and for the first time, I felt in charge of my day.

But I didn’t stop there.

I went on to learn Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—every tool that I touched daily. The more I learned, the more time I saved. Before I knew it, I was no longer staying late to finish work. I was getting more done in less time, impressing my bosses, and even having time for a personal life again!

That journey led me to get Microsoft Certified and eventually become a Certified Master Trainer. And now? I help you do the same.

I know you’re busy. I know the struggle of feeling overwhelmed, like there just aren’t enough hours in the day. But I promise you—once you learn to use these tools better, everything changes. That’s why I created Go Ask Debbie, so I can share my knowledge and help you save time, reduce stress, and finally get ahead.

So, whether you’re watching my YouTube videos, reading my blog, or taking one of my courses, you’re in the right place. Let’s get more done in less time—together!
